FleetMinder offers an integrated workshop management solution, with single-input of information, which then automatically produces all purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes and stock returns.

A key feature of the FleetMinder suite is the integrated customer credit limits & control between accounts and the FleetMinder system so that work-in-progress does not exceed credit limits.

As soon as a job is started and booked in, all costs are tracked through the job card – including time, parts and other costs. The fitter can log in or scan in to record time/parts for the job and any additional resources applied can be added. As soon as a job is complete and signed off , a pro-forma invoice is automatically generated, and issued once approved. Invoices can be split, where required.

The system is extremely flexible and parts can be invoiced in a number of ways: profit margin bands, blanket mark-ups, fixed price, customer discount and discount codes.
